Greetings all! Gametrog again, and if you haven’t noticed, I’m really digging the games being published by Pixelheart. And this one, looks freaking awesome!
Okinawa Rush for the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 and Xbox One! If you take Ninja Gaiden, Streets of Rage, Street Figther and a dash of Karateka and boil them all together with some Japanese Spices and Demons, then Okinawa Rush is probably what you would end up with. It looks that awesome. Again Pixelheart & Just For Games continue the retro love with this title from Sokaikan.
One more thing I love that these guys do is make very impressive collector versions of their games. It’s not often a publisher will go the extra mile to create collector style boxes with all kinds of goodies packed inside, but Pixelheart delivers, and Okinawa Rush appears to be no different. Here is what we know so far.
Pixelheart is pleased to present our new platform and action/adventure game set in the atmosphere of medieval Japan: Okinawa Rush.
Choose to embody one of the martial arts masters to face and destroy the Black Mantis clan.
Alone or with a friend, you will have to eliminate all the hordes of ninjas, warriors or demons preventing you from reaching the final confrontation.
This exciting quest with multiple possibilities (several endings per avatar) offers a dynamic gameplay with fluid and fast fights. Add to this scrolls of combos and an intuitive parry system!
You’ll also find RPG attributes with a leveling principle on the characteristics of your characters and objects that also allow you to improve them.
Okinawa Rush will be released during the first quarter of 2021.
